Yield: 4 Servings

3/4lbPork tenderloin
1/2cSalad dressing;or mayonnaise
1/4cSeasoned bread crumbs
1tbParmesan cheese;grated
1tbMargarine
1 Garlic clove; minced
1tbMilk
1tbCapers; drained (optional)
1tsLemon juice

Slice pork into 3/4" slices; pound to 1/4" thickness. Spread pork generously w/ 1/4 cup salad dressing. Combine crumbs & cheese. Coat pork w/ crumb mixture. Melt margarine. Add garlic; cook until tender. Reduce heat. Add pork; cook until meat is no longer pink. Combine remaining salad dressing, milk, capers & juice; mix well. Serve with pork.
